Ladera is a community of over 500 homes, located 35 miles south of San Francisco, in Portola Valley, California.
The Ladera Community Association exists to improve the quality of life for community members. The LCA is open to all Ladera residents. It has four primary purposes. They are to:
- represent the interests of Laderans in matters involving other organizations (County, garbage, mail, etc.)
- discuss issues and solve problems that affect the Ladera community
- Publish The Crier, the Ladera Directory, and the Ladera Online website
- Organize community events (4th of July, garage sale, etc.)
This website exists to provide residents with information about the community. Here you will find the history of Ladera, links to relevant sites, access to the Ladera Directory, prior versions of the Crier, and other useful information.
