Ladera House Size Case Studies: Staff provided these data for 11 Ladera houses at the October 12 meeting as part of a slide presentation. Staff's intent was to show the relationship between the appearance of houses from the street and their actual size, expressed in lot coverage, height, and floor area. The reader is encouraged to view these houses and compare their numbers with what the current zoning would allow. (pdf file)
